Gaming life
I was very active Halo play from 2004 until 2013. My best gametype was FFA (Free For All). I was a legit Five Star General in Halo 3 with 14,000+ EXP with twelve level 50s on this gamertag. Videos of most ranks can be found here and here. In Halo 2 for XBOX, I was a legit 38 before last stats reset (see game history here). Real life
I am Finnish-American married to a Japanese. I have also lived, studied, and/or worked in several countries such as USA, Finland, Germany, Taiwan, Switzerland and Japan. I completed my BA in International Studies and Japanese at the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2012, and completed my master's degree in Educational Sciences at the University of Jyväskylä in 2021. I will begin my doctoral studies in Education at University of Jyväskylä from 2022. Between my undergraduate and graduate studies I worked full-time as a teacher, translator, and school administrator. I enjoy cycling, running, and martial arts.
